Terms of Use for LEX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LEX mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you download the App through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

LEX is a general wellness, health & fitness and lifestyle application with a Wellness Information Guide, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Coach, Wellbeing Coach, Daily Planner and Quick Search. The modules use shared lifestyle context to support everyday habits. All content is informational only.

3. Not a Medical or Professional Service (Important)

LEX does not assess symptoms, laboratory results, medical conditions or disease risk. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or other professional services and does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client or similar relationship. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be relied upon as professional advice. For individual medical concerns, seek qualified help; if there is any risk of immediate harm, contact local emergency services.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Tier

• The free tier includes 3 AI requests per day, shared across all wellness modules and features combined.
• Plus includes 15 AI requests per day, shared across all AI modules and features combined, including Quick Question.
• Prime provides unlimited AI requests for ordinary personal use across all AI modules. Automated, abusive, shared-account, or unusually intensive use may be temporarily restricted to protect service availability and security.
• Current prices, available offers, and trial eligibility are shown on the App Store purchase screen and may vary by region or account.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; automate or resell access; share an account to avoid plan restrictions; attempt to bypass usage limits, fair-use safeguards, quotas, or security controls; gain unauthorized access; disrupt the service or other users; submit another person's private information without authorization; or use the App as an emergency or professional service.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and trademarks are owned by LEX. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its AI responses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time within the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
